Return and Refund Policy

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Goods (Books/Magazines) once sold shall not be eligible for return or exchange.
In the event that an order has already been shipped and is subsequently returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) or returned by the customer, the refund (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting the actual forward shipping charges and return/RTO shipping charges incurred.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.
