Return and Refund Policy

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted without applicable deductions as specified below.
  • Goods (Books/Magazines), once Delivered, shall not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
  • If a prepaid order is refused by the customer or returned to us (RTO) for customer-attributable reasons, the eligible refund will be processed after deducting the following applicable charges:
  1. Forward Shipping Charges: Based on the actual chargeable weight of the order/forward Shipment.
  2. Return/RTO Shipping Charges: Based on the actual chargeable weight of the returned shipment.
  3. Payment Gateway Fee: 3% of the original order payment, where legally permissible.
  4. Platform Fee: ₹5 per order, where applicable and legally permissible.
  5. Packaging Charges: ₹5 per order, where applicable and legally permissible.
  • Refunds, after applicable deductions, will be processed within 3–4 business days of receiving the returned parcel at our facility.
  • These deductions will not apply where the delivery failure is attributable to CG Books Kart or where prohibited by applicable law.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, subject to applicable law.
